The wait, including the CT scan, was about 30–40 minutes. The other staff were just average, but the ninth-floor desk employee seemed to be in a bad mood, perhaps because they were busy. The ENT doctor reviewed the CT results and nasal endoscopy, checked for rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, deviated septum, and so on, and diagnosed me with functional nasal issues. I only consulted with the coordinator, who seemed very unprofessional. They marked a double-eyelid line for my mother, but their nails were flashy. I could overlook the nails, but they did not disinfect their hands and touched all kinds of things, so I wish they would be more careful. The consultation was an hour and a half before lunch, but it felt as if they wanted to clear the waiting line quickly, so they said little and rushed through it. Nose surgery is more complicated than other surgeries, so I studied beforehand and asked questions, but the coordinator seemed less knowledgeable than I was. The price covered cosmetic and functional nose surgery, and after discounts or insurance reimbursement, the final price was 2.3 million won. As with anywhere else, make sure to study a lot before your consultation!!!
