Eye Surgery Reviews

Review of [Clinic A]

Don’t underestimate levator advancement, or it can loosen in less than six months..... So annoying. I have thin skin, so I thought an incisional method would last a long time, but it loosened weakly, and I’ve scheduled revision surgery. Director Shin said that if you have an epicanthal fold, force from the inner side can cause the line to loosen. Since that applies to me, they said combining revision ptosis correction with upper canthoplasty this time should prevent it from loosening later. Upper canthoplasty wasn’t what I had originally planned, so I left without booking that day; they didn’t pressure me. There were no pushy messages through KakaoTalk either, so I thought it over myself. Looking at reviews from people whose lines remained intact even after four or five years, most had also had upper canthoplasty. The inner shape also looked subtly round and pointed, which I thought was pretty, so I emphasized that I wanted it done carefully without scarring and paid the reservation deposit. For reference: consultations at [Clinic A] are free for both primary and revision cases, I think. There were quite a few people, so if it were me, I’d book a weekday morning. Still, I didn’t have to wait very long. They said postoperative care is available without a limit on the number of visits. I’m going every two weeks to try to reduce the swelling quickly.
