Whenever I looked in the mirror, I was bothered that the outer corner of my right eye was slightly higher than the left. The height and shape of my eyes were subtly different, so asymmetry was a concern. Right after surgery, I was a little worried about how my eyes would settle because of the swelling, but as time passed and the swelling went down, they gradually looked more natural. Now my eyes look longer horizontally than before, so the closed-in impression has decreased, and both eye shapes also seem more balanced.
Most of all, I am satisfied that they seem to have designed them naturally by considering not only making the eyes look longer outward, but also the length and bone structure of my eyes and my overall proportions.
