My malocclusion could not be corrected with orthodontics alone, so surgery was necessary. But when I actually considered double-jaw surgery, I was worried and had a hard time deciding which hospital to choose. I kept looking for a hospital with extensive experience treating cases similar to mine and learned about [Clinic A]. After a consultation, I decided to have surgery. They explained my condition in detail and carefully discussed the surgical plan, which made me feel reassured. In particular, Dr. A explained each point I was curious about, so I was able to undergo surgery with peace of mind haha. It has already been one month since surgery, and from the one-month mark, I can visibly tell that a lot of the swelling is going down. Eating is gradually becoming easier, so daily life is much more comfortable, and I can finally say I am really getting by haha. Whenever I go for follow-up visits, Dr. A carefully checks my facial contours and recovery. As the swelling goes down, I can see my facial lines becoming more defined, so I am increasingly satisfied. I can also feel that sensation in my face has returned considerably, and making expressions and living normally are much easier than before. Since it has only been one month, the swelling will probably decrease further, but I am already satisfied because the changes are visible. I am looking forward to seeing how my face settles over time and to my next follow-up haha.
