I finally had my stitches removed. Starting the day before removal, walking became much easier. It is still difficult to stand continuously or bend my legs, but the swelling and bruising have definitely gone down a lot. I think I am entering the lumpy-fibrosis phase now, so I am going to work hard on aftercare!! The compression garment is also easier to put on, so I am planning to have it taken in soon. How does the contour look?!
