Huhuhuhu In 2021, I had buried-suture double eyelid surgery & epicanthoplasty, and 6 months later I had ptosis correction surgery.
My right eye was originally smaller, so I was only going to do one side, but they said it would be better to do both sides and that I also needed epicanthoplasty for it to show, so I ended up doing that. But my right eye ended up a little bigger, and the inner corner became two lines, so I told them, but they told me not to worry about it and only did the ptosis correction surgery for free. I complained over the phone that I was unhappy with it, but they didn’t accept it.
After some time passed, I stopped by because I needed some documents, and I told them again that I didn’t like the two lines at the inner corner of my right eye. They said revision surgery would require an additional fee, but that it wasn’t severe enough to pay extra for, and that I was just subjectively bothered by it.
They told me not to worry about the line when my eyes are closed, but I really don’t like the line both when my eyes are closed and when they are open. Is this right?
I said I really don’t like it and asked them to do an aftercare correction, and they said they would do it if I brought a medical certificate from another clinic. They said they were done explaining, so I left for now.
My eyes definitely did get bigger, but I also keep thinking I shouldn’t have done it, and I’m annoyed. Isn’t this something that calls for revision surgery? It’s absurd that they’re telling me not to worry about it.
