Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

It's been a while, everyone. My first nose surgery failed, so I'm getting revision rhinoplasty (added)

Hi everyone. I had my first nose surgery without thinking much, and first of all, I really like the shape, but I realized it as soon as the cotton was removed. I had it done because of functional nasal issues (I mentioned it several times from before the surgery through the day of surgery), but I realized as soon as the cotton was removed (after one week) that my nasal septum was completely deviated. The nasal tip is also crooked (it doesn't show well in the photo..) And since the same hospital and the same doctor said they would do it for free with donated costal cartilage, I waited until 6 months. It was such a hard time, and now that I looked up donated costal cartilage, they say there can be absorption as a side effect, so I'm having such a hard time again now.

Donated costal cartilage doesn't always get absorbed, right?.. The emotional stress is starting againㅠ

----Added---- How does it look...? Does it seem improved? I think the columellar deviation has improved.

But I don't think the uneven nostrils or crooked nasal tip have improved at all. (Please take swelling into account, since it does change day by day. Before photo: after 13 days / after photo: after 9 days)
