Record of consultations for my first surgery attempt
My desired nose conditions: straight-to-slightly-curved line, bulbous nose improvement, no implant
1. Soon Plus, Director ㅅㅇㅅ - I went because they’re famous, but it seemed like the director has a very firm nose style of their own.. They recommended 3 mm silicone and donated costal cartilage, but I don’t want donated costal cartilage or silicone, so I ruled them out
2. Mood On, Director ㅇㅌㄱ - It’s a private clinic, and the clinic is very clean with the most calming? atmosphere. The consultant was kind, and the director gave an extremely detailed consultation, so I was most drawn to this place. They suggested either 2.5 mm silicone with donated costal cartilage, or a no-implant nasal bridge using donated dermis. Before deciding on a clinic, I was so conflicted that I even had a second consultation, but the price was too expensive, so I ruled them out.. Even though it was my first surgery and no implant, it was 4.4 million won (review event price)
3. D-Day, Director ㅊㅅㅊ - They did recommend no implant as well, but said donated costal cartilage was definitely necessary, so I ruled them out ㅠ The director’s consultation was very kind and good.
4. Pleasure, Director ㅅㅇㅅ - I heard they were famous for no-implant rhinoplasty, so this was the last place I went for a consultation. The director first assessed the functional aspects and explained them, along with the improvement method (inferior turbinate), which made me trust them. They confidently said that bulbous nose improvement and nasal tip surgery would be possible with only ear cartilage and septal cartilage, so right after the consultation I paid a 200,000 won deposit (total cost 2.5 million won). The price was reasonable too
