This was my first visit to the clinic. I had an appointment, and perhaps because I went on a weekday evening, there was barely any waiting and hardly anyone there. The desk staff were neither especially kind nor unkind—just fine. The consultation manager was kind and explained everything carefully. I liked that they did not excessively recommend other procedures. They honestly explained the differences, which options would work better, and the possible side effects within the procedure I had chosen, which helped me decide. It didn’t feel like a factory-style clinic, and the nursing manager? The staff member assisting during the procedure was very kind. It has only been a short time since the treatment, so I don’t know the results yet, but I would visit again.
