He had several procedures: upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty, ptosis correction, and repositioning of the fat above the eyes.. After having all those things done, he kind of looks like a middle-aged or elderly actor, and he’s very satisfied because his eyes have become so clear! Originally, the skin around my dad’s eyes had sagged a lot, so he looked really sad, you know? He’s also small-framed, so he already gave off a pitiful vibe, and with that sad expression too, even I felt he looked really pitiable.. I wanted to brighten my dad’s expression, and he wanted to improve the discomfort of his eyelids catching when he blinked, so we looked into surgery together. It wasn’t that we decided from the start, ‘He should get upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty, and ptosis correction!’ We just hoped there would be a hospital that could tailor a plan to my dad. Dr. Kim Jung-hyu at B&K Plastic Surgery gave the most thorough consultation, explaining the recommended procedures, why they were recommended, and their effects. So neither my dad nor I had much hesitation or conflict, and we fixed the hospital on the same day. Since it was his first surgery, he struggled a little during recovery, but I think he recovered more easily than I expected! The swelling and bruising didn’t last as long as I thought, and perhaps because my dad diligently followed the aftercare, the surgery went so well that you could say he became a completely different person haha. He bragged about it a lot during Chuseok, so I guess he’s really happy. I’m so glad we chose Dr. Kim Jung-hyu at [Clinic A] for his surgery.
