I had surgery in January this year, and three months later inflammation developed between my eyes. After open cleaning, it seems stable now, but afterward my nose looked crooked, as if the silicone had shifted. I did not want to undergo another surgery, but I ended up doing it because people around me recommended it, and donor rib cartilage was used. Now I am wondering whether I should use autologous costal cartilage for another revision, or just remove it, or have it redone. I would appreciate recommendations for a clinic that uses donor rib cartilage well and can create a natural result, rather than the typical straight-upturned nose look.
