For both of them, the difference was whether it would be costal cartilage or septal cartilage for me; the surgical methods they recommended were pretty similar. Since I asked for it to look natural, the details were all pretty similar: bulbous nose correction, bringing the columella downward, 3 mm silicone, and a straight-to-slightly-upturned line.
