The consultation manager was genuinely the absolute worst. They gave no explanation, punched numbers into a calculator as if bothered, and just showed it to me. The doctor’s consultation was not great either, but because of the manager I felt even less like going back. The doctor also seemed exhausted and visibly annoyed, perhaps because they had just finished surgery, and when I asked about functional aspects, they embarrassed me by saying that was for me to handle myself. I am sorry, but if you are not going to let me ask questions, why have a consultation? Anyway, if I bring photos of what I want, they say it is pretty because of the harmony of the face...
