The coordinator and doctor recommended incisional double-eyelid surgery with ptosis correction. The consultation went coordinator–doctor–coordinator; there was not much waiting, and the consultation was long and thorough, which I liked. It was the last clinic I visited, and when I asked about things I was curious about, they answered each one in detail, making it easy to decide on the surgical method and what was necessary. Their explanations were easy to understand. I was disappointed that I could not have surgery because something came up. A friend of mine also had surgery here and had no scars, so I came through a personal recommendation. The consultation and everything else were not bad. I am willing to come back for another consultation and have the surgery.
