I went in because of facial fullness, especially because I was very concerned about my jawline fat, and it definitely decreased after the treatment. Jaw Botox had not worked for me, but the introduction-shot injection was effective. Recommended for people with a lot of fat. It is a high-volume dermatology clinic, so everyone seemed overwhelmed and I was hurried along wherever they told me to go. There was some waiting. The consultation was detailed, and they recommended the dosage. They also somewhat encouraged additional treatments. The swelling was not extremely severe like with other fat-dissolving injections; it was only slight and subsided within an hour or two. It hurt more than Botox, but it was tolerable.
