I had surgery using the PRF-DCF method. Autologous costal cartilage was minced and hardened with a blood-clotting agent, then placed on the nasal bridge, while autologous costal cartilage was used to build and elevate the columella and tip. It was performed closed. In my case, it has been about 10 months since surgery, and I am very satisfied. During the consultation, they showed examples of people with cases similar to mine and explained how mine might turn out, then performed surgery aimed at achieving a natural improvement. However, people seeking a very glamorous result may not be satisfied.
