Everything else was good, but the consultation manager was overly pushy about the deposit and spoke about which idols had undergone various procedures. Her manner did not feel very friendly, which was disappointing. The nurses at the desk were not particularly friendly either and seemed rather stiff, which was also quite disappointing T_T. On the other hand, the director's consultation was good. They were somewhat matter-of-fact, but clearly said what could and could not be done. However, for a nose surgery, they only shaped the design with a cotton swab, which was a little disappointing.
