I have a very angular square jaw and a recessed chin. On top of that, my mouth looked protruding, which stressed me out. I wanted facial-contouring surgery so badly that I researched everywhere and discovered this gem of a clinic. I learned that the director had performed facial-contouring surgery for about 20 years, which made me look forward to it. During the consultation, they planned the design while looking at my face and CT scan together. In my case, the chin tip was set far back and short, and they said that if they only reduced the square jaw with a long curve, my jawline might look rounded and buried, so they also recommended chin advancement. Overall, I felt they assessed my facial balance well during the consultation. They also recommended double-chin liposuction, but did not pressure me. Since I thought it would be better to do it together, I had square-jaw surgery, chin-tip surgery, and double-chin liposuction. The most noticeable change after surgery is that my lower-face balance has been properly corrected. My protruding mouth also looks more retracted, and my friends say my features look much clearer and my face shape is well defined. I debated this surgery hundreds of times, but now I feel glad I did it.
