I do not have a before photo. It has been well over a year and the results are still maintained, although my abdomen also gains weight when I gain weight. But when I lose weight, the abdominal fat really comes off well. It is definitely different from before. I used to have a completely straight torso and abdominal obesity, but even at the same weight, my waist is now defined... Even after gaining 6 kg, my waist still goes in... I would do it again even if I were told to. It is also an incredible source of diet motivation.
