[Please help] Hump reduction osteotomy + ear cartilage support graft (implant-free rhinoplasty…

It has been 2 months since my hump nose surgery. After my first surgery 10 years ago, the part that wasn’t properly shaved down gradually became more prominent, so I decided to have the hump shaved down and an osteotomy on my flat nasal bridge. (During the consultation, they said there was an irregularity in the line and that it needed to be filled using ear cartilage, so I agreed.)

After the splint was removed, I was shocked by how high my nose had become, so I asked about it. They said they had used an ear cartilage support graft, overlapping ear cartilage grafting, and added ear cartilage to the area connecting the nasal bridge and nasal tip.

Putting aside the fact that I wasn’t mentally prepared to accept the stiffness and foreign-body sensation, the nasal tip is so high that I look like Pinocchio, and my impression has changed so much from before that I’ve been depressed for two months.

I missed the timing for early removal because they said it would come down if I waited. After the osteotomy, my nose was narrowed inward, so my nasal bridge has become very narrow. If I have everything removed after 6 months, will it become similar to my original nose? If anyone has had a similar experience, I’d like to hear your opinions. Please help.
