It was done under local anesthesia, and these are photos from right after surgery and day 4. Since I only did one side, they said the swelling could look worse and last longer But compared with what the clinic told me, I feel like the swelling isn’t that bad? It’s noticeable when I close my eyes, but not that severe when my eyes are open, so from day 5 I went around without sunglasses!
But when I close my eyes, those hole marks are pretty noticeable, so it’s a bit stressful... Could the thread be showing through, making the holes look that dark? They say if the thread shows through, they have to open it up again and remove it, so even though I like the line, I’m scared I might have to redo the double-eyelid surgery ㅠㅠ
