It has now been two days since my surgery. I had incisional ptosis correction + epicanthoplasty, and even though it’s only day 2, I think I already like it.
I had been stressed for a long time because of my small eyes, but they don’t look too much, and it feels like only my eyes naturally got bigger.
I’ll write a detailed review again after the stitches are removed, so I’ll just tell you about the day of surgery lol
First, when you go on the day of surgery, you change clothes, wash your face, go to the consultation room, listen to the manager’s explanation, and fill out the precautions consent form.
Then, while deciding the design with the director, they mark around your eyes a bit with a surgical marker, and because of the waiting time, they shine a laser on your eyes a bit.
Next, you go to the operating room, the anesthesiologist sets up the anesthesia, and after waiting for quite a while, the director comes in, says hello, and starts the surgery.
This is where my memory disappeared right away. They said there would be 10 to 15 minutes of sleep time, and during that time I saw visions;;
I saw a lot of things that humans don’t usually get to see lolol. It made me wonder if this is why some people get addicted to propofol.
Anyway, after some point, I regained consciousness and could feel the sensation of the surgery. Once the surgery had progressed to a certain extent, the director told me to open my eyes and close them,
made adjustments, and finished the surgery. After that, I went to the recovery room, did some ice packing, and then they sent me home.
After getting it done, opening my eyes definitely became easier, but closing them is a bit uncomfortable.
Up to day 2, I’ve been doing cold compresses, watching YouTube, and strictly avoiding everything the doctor told me not to do, so it’s gotten much better.
If you have any questions, please leave them lol
