I had abdominal liposuction, but the scars near the pelvis and above the butt crack have still been there for about 2 years. The result is so-so. There are no side effects, but that also means the effect is small.. I can still feel my fat when I grab it with my hand.. I don't regret it, but honestly I am a little disappointed that the scars are still there and the result was small. Still, I think it's much better than over-removing it and then having to get fat grafting again and seeing adhesions, so I'm just living with it. If there are parts of your body that stress you out because of fat, I don't think going for a consultation would be a bad idea.
