All the staff were professionally kind. Since I had underarm hair removal, I never saw the doctors in charge, and I did meet the manager, but there was no forced upselling. It felt slightly factory-like and kept reminding me of the Smile Clinic where Lee Soo-ji appears on YouTube... I was a complete beginner whose first procedure was hair removal, but they didn't tell me beforehand that I needed to shave before each treatment, so I only found out at the fifth session. (They only said not to pluck.) I have one final session left, and my expectations for the results are quite good. It was the most basic treatment, which is also why I chose this clinic. If it had been Botox or a lifting treatment, I probably wouldn't have come.
