It is a factory-style clinic. I only consulted with the coordinator, not the doctor. The coordinator did not seem particularly professional, and the staff repeatedly left things out, which often upset me. I have a membership and keep going, but even when I repeatedly asked them to send the remaining balance after a procedure, they never sent it right away. I often had to ask again later before receiving a response. I recommend not getting expensive procedures here and just getting cost-effective Botox. Otherwise, skin care.
