I had my first surgery with a very natural look, but the nasal tip drooped too much, so while I was looking into revision surgery, I found a place with good reviews and the line I wanted, so I got the revision done. The silicone was the same as before, 4 mm? 4.7 mm? I think, and for my first surgery they only used donated costal cartilage, but when I asked them to make sure the nasal tip wouldn’t droop, they suggested using donated costal cartilage together with ear cartilage, so we did that. It’s been 4 months and it still feels upright.
