My first double eyelid surgery to mark turning 40 After visiting about five clinics and completing five consultations, I had surgery at the clinic where they told me, with the most confidence, that it would absolutely be a success.
Because the space between my eyebrows and eyes is narrow, they set the line as low as possible, and proceeded with ptosis correction and natural adhesion (they said it was the last age at which I could have it done; at other clinics too, 3 out of 5 told me my eyes were suitable for natural adhesion/non-incisional surgery). I am very satisfied with the result.
Because the line is low, and because I originally had monolids without even an inner double eyelid, I was of the mindset that even an inner double eyelid would be fine~ and I did not want my image to change drastically. Now, at 4 months, unless it is a very close friend, people do not immediately notice I had surgery unless I tell them, but I hear, "Why did you get prettier?" Friends who know I had surgery compliment me, saying it was done well without looking surgical at all~
