First, I liked that the doctor seemed confident about the surgery. I brought a list of questions, and they explained everything except three items without me even asking, which made me trust them. They showed me before-and-after photos on a MacBook, including many cases similar to mine. I also really liked how kindly they told me to ask as many questions as I wanted!! They explained everything so thoroughly that I had almost nothing left to ask, which made me trust them, and the consultation coordinator and desk staff were all much kinder than I expected, so I had a comfortable consultation and came home!
