I first had surgery with silicone, but it hurt, so I had the silicone removed and underwent revision surgery with autologous dermis. My older relatives did not notice that my nose looked different, lol. I guess it turned out natural and not too noticeable. It was worth having my buttock incised... haha. I will never have nose surgery again. This is enough for me.
