I made a reservation and visited, and there was hardly any waiting after checking in. The information desk staff and consultation coordinator were kind. They took photos of my eyes first, then I waited for the doctor, but not for very long. They discussed medial and lateral canthoplasty and kindly explained ptosis and eye-shape correction. I also liked the explanation that they provide additional care if you have a habit of squinting after surgery. Overall, everything was smooth. The price was reasonable.
