At the time I was obsessing over it, I asked at various eye clinics while wondering whether I should get a brow lift or a forehead lift. The consultant then told me, “You don’t need a forehead lift. It can be done sufficiently with revision eye surgery alone, and I don’t recommend a forehead lift.” Now that time has passed, I realize she was 100% right. If I had gotten a forehead lift because of that obsession, my midface would probably have looked even longer. Since the issue was loose eyelid skin, there was no need to pull up my forehead.
