LASIK Review: My Vision Got Worse..

The surgery itself really didn’t hurt at all On the day of surgery, I had an exam, and they said I could have the surgery right away that same day, so I did it I had been planning to have same-day surgery, so I went around without wearing contact lenses for a few days, and I used public transportation too Before the surgery, I’m not sure if they still do this now, but they drew serum and made eye drops for me, and I think having my blood drawn then was the most painful part When they measured my vision right the day after surgery, it was over 1.0... Sadly, now that several years have passed, it’s about 0.2.. haha Because my vision had dropped a lot, I went for an exam, and after the doctor checked, they said if I wanted revision surgery (LASEK), I could do it, but I thought doing any more would be too much, so I didn’t After living for decades wearing only glasses, now I just go around without glasses, and if I can’t see, I just leave it that way, but if someone asked me whether I’d get LASIK if I could go back to the past, I think I’d answer that I wouldn’t haha Putting aside various side effects like glare and dry eyes, I think the biggest downside is that I can’t wear contact lenses If you usually wear colored contact lenses often, I hope you consider it carefully before having surgery
