I made more hospital reservations, but I couldn't get all the appointments scheduled, so since I've only been going to one per day, I'm posting this first round as an interim summary.
1. ㅁㅇㄷㅇ I went in having decided that I needed all 3 procedures, and my facial contour was developed evenly enough that the director also agreed I should do all 3.. Maybe because I had already lost a lot of weight before going, they said I didn't have much fat on my face, so I thought that was at least a relief. After looking at my face, they said it was obvious I had lost a lot of weight.. I was worried about cheek sagging, but they said rather than doing a facelift together, it would be right to decide after watching the progress later, and that in my current state, a little sagging could appear around the jaw. But during the consultation, among the things they explained, they said that because of something around the jaw ?? (I didn't take notes, so I don't remember), it would be a bit hard for me to keep my mouth closed. And actually, I really am not good at keeping my jaw closed normally, so I have to put effort into it. So they said it would become more comfortable after surgery, and since I hadn't heard that at other hospitals, I found it interesting. For reference, after looking at my face, the director said the surgical effect would come out really well lol I don't know whether I should be happy about that or sad.. If I have surgery, it would be zygoma fixation, square jaw reduction, and metal-free chin tip surgery.
2. ㅌㅋ They said they would show me the expected look with Photoshop, so I went in looking forward to it, but I was really shocked after seeing my face.. It won't be exactly the same, but I kept thinking it would be disappointing if I still looked like this even after surgery. Here, they asked if there was a celebrity face I wanted, so I told them. It did seem like they refined it with Photoshop while looking at the celebrity's face.. They said they refine it in Photoshop after looking at the CT results, and after hearing that, it really did seem like the limitations of the skull shape itself can't be helped. Anyway, maybe because I was so shocked, when I was actually with the director I had no idea what to say, so I just asked simple things like how many millimeters the cheekbones would be moved in, and whether the square jaw could be shaved more, and that was it. There wasn't really any talk about the effect of surgery, and if I do it, we ended with zygoma fixation, square jaw reduction, and chin tip fixation.
3. ㅇㅇㅊ (results not out yet) As you can see just by going to the hospital website, this place does it remotely, so I had the CT scan done first, but they said the consultation results would take about 3 weeks.. I'll have to see the results later. They said an in-person consultation would take about a month, so I did it remotely, but 3 weeks or 4 weeks isn't much of a difference.. But after visiting other hospitals, since you can ask questions right away in person, I slightly don't recommend remote consultations. You fill out and upload a questionnaire online in advance, but looking at the example questions, maybe because they were things I could already more or less expect, I didn't really think to ask those, and because of that, there ended up not being many things I wanted to ask.
Extra: university hospital I thought I could hear the objective truth, so I went to a university hospital first and had a 1-hour consultation, and I think that was pretty helpful. I could find out what condition my face was in, and I asked every tiny thing, so I was able to get detailed answers. Maybe because of that, when I actually went to other plastic surgery clinics, I didn't know what I should ask..
