Since I already posted all the hospital names in my previous post, I guess initials don't really mean much.. but everyone writes them as initials, so I'll write them as initials too.. For me, first of all, less of the white of my eye shows in the back than in the front, so I wanted posterior lower canthoplasty if possible, and I wanted to correct the asymmetry in the inner corner line of my eyes and the size difference between my right eye (smaller) and left eye (larger)!
1. ㅇㄴㅂ I went for a consultation because my friend had it done there, but first of all, canthoplasty was not possible (risk of sanpaku eyes). The inner corner was also ambiguous, so not possible. If I were to do anything, only raising the line at the back of the right eye (the smaller eye) with natural adhesion would be possible. The director said my eyes were already natural enough and well done, so I shouldn't do anything.. (But I wasn't hoping for a dramatic change from canthoplasty, I just wanted to do it if even a little was possible, but I think the director thought I wanted a dramatic change.. maybe there was miscommunication.. all the other hospitals said it was possible.) They said the director is quite firm in his opinions.
2. ㅇㅍ Likewise, they did not recommend touching the eyelid line. If I really wanted to do something, only posterior lower canthoplasty. But they said they could not make it dramatic, so they did not recommend it, but if I wanted it, a very small amount would be possible.
3. ㅁㅎ The left line does look very slightly higher, so lower the line on the left eye (larger eye) by incision to make it similar to the line on the right eye (smaller eye). They said my ptosis correction may have loosened, because when I open my eyes comfortably now, my eyes look sleepy, so redo the ptosis correction. Posterior lower canthoplasty is possible, and they said it should be okay if done within a safe range!
4. ㅇㅇㅋ Here, conversely, they suggested matching the right eye (smaller eye) to the left eye (larger eye) by slightly raising only the front with buried sutures. (But even for this, the director said it seemed like I didn't really need to do it, but if it really bothered me, they would do it.) They did not recommend incision because I would have to do it again anyway when I get older. Redo ptosis correction with a non-incisional method. Posterior lower canthoplasty is possible, only within a safe range. +I was a bit worried because there were a lot of comments about the consultant in real reviews? ratings? or things like that, but whether they changed or what, she was extremely kind! The consultants at all 5 places were kind, so I liked that.
5. ㅅㅋ Do only ptosis correction without touching the line. Both incisional and non-incisional methods are possible, so I can choose. Posterior lower canthoplasty is possible.
I went to a total of 5 places, and I was originally planning to go to ㅌㅇㅅ too, but the price range was higher than I expected, so I thought ㅌㅇㅅ would be even more expensive and then I probably couldn't do it, so I just didn't go.. First of all, I wanted canthoplasty, and all but one place said it would be okay, so I felt relieved.. After going to all 5 places, I want to do it at either ㅁㅎ or ㅇㅇㅋ. Both are the same for ptosis correction and canthoplasty, but the differences are whether to do it by incision or non-incision/ and whether to match the left eye (larger eye) to the right eye (smaller eye), or match the right eye (smaller eye) to the left eye (larger eye).. The price differed by about 500,000 won. I've chosen for now, but everyone, which side do you think is better??
