The consultation with [Doctor A] was good. They analyzed my entire face instead of looking at just one area. However, unlike other clinics, they recommended many different things, which made me lose some enthusiasm. Most of all, when the consultant was discussing the cost after the doctor’s consultation, I said that I had previously had rhinitis surgery, and they sighed and left, saying, “Why are you only telling us now?” They came back after what seemed like another discussion with the doctor, but then became so indifferent that I cannot even remember the cost. I think kindness is really important.
