Before/after Before surgery, my nose was so big and blunt that it was all you could see So I had surgery, and although it hasn't even been a year yet, I think it looks more natural now. How does it look? I'm a bit disappointed because I think it would have been okay even if I had made the nasal bridge higher^^ haha A lot of the bluntness is gone, and I think the surgery was successful
