First, the coordinator explained things so clearly and persuasively, and was so kind that I really wanted to have the surgery there. But after consulting with the director, they said I should use at least a size-4 silicone implant and showed me example photos with a very strong, high-nose look. When I said I wanted it somewhat lower and preferred a natural result, they said size 4 was natural and would not look artificial at all. Their surgical style seemed quite fixed, so I felt my needs would not be accepted and only had a consultation there. Still, all the staff were kind, the waiting time was short, and it was good overall.
