I developed inflammation inside the nasal mucous membrane, around the columella?? Today is day 4 of treatment with an antibiotic IV drip plus oral antibiotics, but it has neither worsened nor improved.. Continuing antibiotic treatment will not have any effect, right?? I heard an implant infection cannot be completely cured with antibiotic treatment. Would it be better to remove everything? For my first surgery, I used silicone + donor rib cartilage + ear cartilage.
