Here, they look at the overall face and give an estimate before doing filler, but maybe my aesthetic standards are different from the director's, because I'm slightly not satisfied.. Since aesthetic standards differ at every dermatology clinic, you have to reach an agreement, but that's hard to do with words alone, so I think you need to find a clinic whose standards match yours to some extent
