I’m not someone’s dad I really am a woman Around the time I started questioning my gender identity because of my tiny, tiny breasts….. I wondered whether people would even recognize me as a woman if I took my top off, so I decided to get breast surgery. Since I thought implants need to be replaced periodically, I figured it would be great if I could make breasts out of my excess fat anyway, so I suddenly switched to breast fat grafting. I found out when I went for a hospital consultation. For someone like me who had no breasts, they also have to check how much the skin can stretch, and they have to check the breast pocket too. Because the space was a bit insufficient, they said pressure could lower the survival rate, so I received preoperative space management before surgery. That allowed them to increase the grafting amount. Even when I went to other hospitals, only SC301 had preoperative space management. They explained that this process was essential, and I completely understood. People who say their breast fat grafting decreased afterward should check this part. After a successful surgery, I finally have something on my body to cover, but now that I have breasts I never had before, I actually want to show them off so people can see them haha I’m so grateful to Director Shin for operating on me so they look completely like natural breasts. I’m going to throw away this long-standing complex and live. I’ve spent every day hunching over, so my rounded shoulders are severe, but I’m going to straighten my shoulders and try to get a boyfriend.
