I had the procedure because I was concerned about arm fat that would not go away no matter how much I exercised or lost weight. It has only been two weeks since surgery, so there is still a lot of hardness and swelling, but the fat on the back of my arms has visibly decreased. I think I will be much more satisfied once the hardness decreases and my arms feel completely like my own again. The surgery seemed to take about an hour and a half, and the pain was much worse than expected, so I stayed home to recover for three days after surgery. I highly recommend it to anyone who is usually concerned about arm fat!
