I had a slight inner double eyelid, but it was barely visible, and one side also had a slight crease, so I had eye-shape correction as well. The director said non-incisional surgery was possible, but that releasing the crease and using an incision would have a better long-term course, so I chose the incisional method.
I didn't mind scars much because I thought a line scar would be fine as long as it wasn't a severely pinched scar. Even for an incisional procedure, the line turned out natural and nice, so I have no regrets!!
I had surgery at IMK, and I think it would be a perfect fit for people who want natural-looking eyes. The director doesn't seem to over-treat, and it felt like they only recommend canthoplasty if the patient wants it. They didn't mention it separately during my consultation.
They also checked my progress carefully after surgery, and I felt they were sincere.
