I went to get nose contouring because I wanted a slimmer-looking nose. They said the alar Botox included in the promotional nose-contouring package was only a small dose, so I paid extra for alar Botox as well because I was concerned about my nostrils flaring and spreading when I smiled. But even on the day, my nostrils still flared normally, and now it has been a month with absolutely no effect from either treatment. It only hurt—so insanely much that I cried and had a runny nose T_T T_T T_T. It really hurt. I usually tolerate pain well, but this was the most painful treatment I have ever had.
