Nose surgery review after thread removal at Coviju

Before my nose surgery, my tip drooped, so I really disliked my side profile. I also had threads that had been placed in my nasal bridge long ago, so I had them removed during this surgery. Honestly, if I could go back, I would never have threads inserted. I absolutely do not recommend them. They said they were dissolvable threads, but apparently a great many had to be removed during surgery. After surgery, they showed me the threads removed from my nose, and I nearly fainted. I had consultations at two other places besides this one. I liked the consultation at Coviju best. One other place recommended donor rib cartilage, but I declined because the cost was far too high. Another had a reasonable price, but I felt they would not achieve the line I wanted during the consultation. In the end, I chose Coviju because it seemed to carry the least risk. I dislike noses that are too high or obviously surgical, so I repeatedly told the doctor right up until surgery that I wanted a natural result. I did not want an implant at the tip and wanted to use septal cartilage, but my septum was somewhat small, so they used both septal and ear cartilage. I did not have much bruising or swelling after surgery. My mother came with me when the splint was removed and said it looked really good, haha. She said I looked more feminine than before. I used to hate taking side-profile photos, but now I like my side profile even more. Fortunately, it looks natural enough that some acquaintances do not realize I had surgery unless I tell them. That is exactly the reaction I wanted. I am grateful for the doctor’s skill in carefully removing all my threads and creating a natural result. It was my first surgery, but because of the thread removal, I think it was almost at the level of revision surgery. T_T I am living with the hope that as more time passes, the swelling will decrease further and the line will look even more natural. I hope this review helps even a little.
