Liposuction Reviews

Three months since my arm fat-extraction injections, and I’m more satisfied than expected lol

It’s already been three months since I had fat-extraction injections in my arms. When I first did it, I was almost 50 and wondered whether I really needed to do this lol, but now I’m glad I did. Compared with the rest of my body, my upper arms were always especially resistant to slimming. Even when I lost weight, my arms felt unchanged, so whenever I wore short sleeves or sleeveless clothes, I always worried about my arms first. But when I put the photos together and compared them, they were definitely different. Especially in photos with my arms bent, the area from below the armpit to the elbow used to look rather round, but now it seems much more defined. The photos above with my arms extended are from months two and three. I actually thought the changes had finished by month two, but when I put them side by side, the lines at month three look a little more refined. I also measured my InBody results: 7/3: 57.2 kg / body fat 17.9 kg / skeletal muscle mass 21.2 kg 8/1: 55 kg / body fat 14.1 kg / skeletal muscle mass 22.2 kg 9/9: 53.9 kg / body fat 12.6 kg / skeletal muscle mass 22.3 kg That’s how they turned out. I’m happy that I lost weight, but what I like most is that my body fat decreased considerably without losing muscle. Of course, I’m not saying this happened solely because of one procedure lol. Afterward, I managed myself to some extent because I didn’t want the money to go to waste. I didn’t exercise intensely; I just tried to walk a lot, drink plenty of water, and eat a little more protein. In fact, after the procedure, I found myself managing my weight because I thought, “I spent money on this, so I can’t gain it back,” lol. My current satisfaction is about 90 points. I definitely like my arms more than before, but perhaps because of my age, I’m a little disappointed with the elasticity when I raise my arms. I think this is a skin elasticity issue rather than a fat issue, so I plan to manage it separately. Still, when I put my old and current photos side by side, I feel that I’m glad I did it before turning 50. Above all, I check my arms much less often when getting dressed these days lol.
