I had a Hiko procedure once three years ago, but I kept worrying that my nose looked spread out. I wanted a nose that was both natural and defined, so while looking into rhinoplasty, I visited Tiana. When I described the shape I wanted, they advised shaping it naturally to suit my face rather than simply making it high. They also examined the area where I had Hiko, and after the consultation I felt more reassured than I had expected. After surgery, the nose that had looked spread out was neatly refined overall. The bridge rose naturally and the tip became more defined, so my impression definitely feels different. I like it even more because it does not look overly obvious. At first I worried whether a natural-looking nose was possible, but now I am satisfied because it seems to have turned out the way I wanted. If you want a natural yet defined nose, I think Tiana would suit you very well.
