I was stressed because my upper eyelids looked hollow and droopy, making me always look tired. After consultation, I had lower-eyelid dermal grafting, a subbrow lift, and eyelid tissue repositioning to correct the hollowness done together, and I am extremely satisfied with the result. I especially thought the hollow area above my eyes naturally had to be filled with fat grafting, so it was fascinating that it was corrected with tissue repositioning without grafting fat into the eyelids. The areas that used to look hollow now look naturally smoothed out, and the area around my eyes feels much softer overall. Perhaps because I also had the subbrow lift, my drooping eyelids were tidied up and my eyes look much more defined. Most importantly, I feel it is easier to open my eyes than before. I did not want my eye shape to change in an artificial way, so I like that my original eye impression remains while the tired-looking appearance has improved. I was worried about combining several procedures, but now I think I made the right choice.
