I want to lower the tip of my upturned nose by only about 2–3 mm to reduce nostril exposure. I do not want to use additional tissue such as silicone, ear cartilage, or costal cartilage. If possible, I would like correction through repositioning and suturing while preserving the existing alar cartilage and septum as much as possible. I also want to reduce the nostril wings slightly, without going too far. Since I will continue boxing and may receive impacts to my nose, I want a method that preserves structural support as much as possible without excessively removing cartilage. The hospital told me to ask this, but is it possible?
