The consultation started with the coordinator, then the doctor, then the coordinator again, and I went in right away because the wait was short. The doctor showed me different lines I wanted and asked which looked better, which was nice. The lines actually looked pretty too—moderate and natural, without being excessive. They said my uneven eyes would be matched about 90% and seemed confident. At the end, I spoke with the coordinator, but honestly I felt she was somewhat unfriendly. Many reviews say the doctor is fine but the staff are unfriendly, and it was exactly as described. Unless even one staff member is kind, they all seem much the same… I left feeling bad and drained. The price is also too high, so it feels burdensome.
