With regular rhinoplasty, an open approach leaves a visible scar, and my nose is not actually that low, so I wanted closed rhinoplasty. I looked into clinics that perform closed rhinoplasty using cartilage-particle techniques and visited [Clinic A] for a consultation. The reviews had many cases where, despite being closed surgery, the columella was brought out well and the overall line turned out the way I wanted, so the reviews were exactly my style... There was not absolutely no waiting, lol. But I understood since it is a popular place. At the first consultation with the manager, they recommended a different doctor from the one I had come to see, which was a little surprising, but I was able to consult with my preferred doctor without problems. The consultation itself was not bad, and the doctor was less stiff than expected. They explained one by one which parts of my nose could be improved, and compared the advantages and disadvantages of closed surgery with the differences from open surgery, so it was easy to understand. They did not push the idea that closed surgery is always better, and I liked that they realistically explained what was possible for the condition of my nose. I still have a few more consultations elsewhere, but the reviews are very much my style and the cost is not too bad, so I am deliberating after paying a booking deposit and keeping this as a candidate.
